Kolter Homes is the homebuilding and communities affiliate of The Kolter Group.  Kolter Communities operates through 3 divisions: Tower, Homes, Master-Planned Communities. Since 1993, Kolter Communities has completed nearly $3 billion in tower, low-rise and master-planned communities.  Kolter Communities is currently developing projects that will create more than 10,000 units on completion and are projected to generate revenues in excess of $5 billion.

Kolter Land Partners
Kolter Land Partners is the land acquisition and development affiliate of Kolter Communities.  KLP targets residential development projects in prime market locations, and it focuses on providing a steady supply of finished lots at competitive prices to public and private homebuilders. KLP aims to create value through the acquisition and development process and to continue to strengthen its relationship with selected homebuilders.

Kolter Commercial
Kolter Commercial is the office, retail, multi-family and hospitality affiliate of The Kolter Group.  To date, Kolter Commercial has realized the majority of its investment in a $400 million, self-developed and self-managed multifamily projects comprising almost 1800 units in Florida.  The company has also realized over $800 million on the sale of its 6 million square foot commercial office portfolio in Dallas and Toronto.  Currently, the firm is developing two hotels in excess of 350 keys in Florida. 

KAST Construction
KAST Construction is the construction affiliate of The Kolter Group.  KAST services both affiliated and third-party clients to whom it offers access to a full spectrum of services including design-build, pre-construction and construction.  KAST serves a wide variety of market sectors covered including residential tower, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare and science and technology.  KAST’s current and planned projects include over 600 residential tower units and over 700,000 square feet of office, retail and hospitality projects that are expected to generate in excess of $360 million in revenues.

Clearway Capital
Clearway Capital is the specialty real estate finance affiliate of The Kolter Group. Clearway leverages The Kolter Group's real estate expertise to provide financing for the full range of asset types, from projects in development to income-producing properties. Financing products include high LTV first mortgage loans, bridge loans, second mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt and preferred equity.
